With working experiences of more than 30 years in the global insurance industry with at least 20 years in leadership positions including CEO and Global Head roles in Canada, UK, France and Asia Pacific.  She built growth strategies and led businesses to profitability.

Celine is a keen practitioner of  collaboration for success.  An astute business person with a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities and new markets.  She works with Fintech and Insurtech to co-create new target markets for the insurance industry.

Serving more than 33 years in different roles in the insurance and reinsurance industry in Europe and including 14 years in Asia.

Karl-Heinz held CFO, CEO and Board positions with insurance and reinsurance companies. He is a hands-on insurance leader with experience in Underwriting, Distribution and Finance with a proven track record in transforming companies. This includes implementing strategies, restructuring companies, refocusing distribution channels and improving IT systems. Throughout his career, Karl-Heinz built strong relations with decision makers and many become good friends.
